VIXX member Ravi let go of his projects, including 2 Days 1 Night, before starting his mandatory military service.
In May, Ravi's fans who tuned in to the KBS 2TV variety show, 2 Days 1 Night, were shocked after he announced that he would leave the program before his enlistment. Still, he gave his fans a gift by releasing Block Party earlier this month.

VIXX Ravi Confirms Enlistment Date
Maekyung Korea quoted the statement released by Ravi's agency, GROOVL1N, about his scheduled enlistment. Per the company, the VIXX LR member will enter the training camp on October 28.
Like other staff, he will undergo basic military training before officially starting his alternative service as a social service worker. In the military service act in South Korea, social workers focus on supporting social service duties and administrative duties.

The Beautiful Liar rapper also shared the news on October 7 in a tweet, assuring fans he would return healthy and well.
"you must have been cheering up ahead of the weekend, but you were surprised, right.. You likely saw in the article, that for health reasons, through public service on October 27, I will carry out my military duty. I'm trying to see your faces before I go so if you wait a little bit, I will let you know the good news. I will return well!!" he said.
Ravi's Health Issues
Ravi opted to serve in the military as a social service worker instead of undergoing the usual military service due to health reasons.
Before leaving 2 Days 1 Night last year, he revealed that he found out about his health issues two years ago. The K-pop idol disclosed that his body, heart, and mind are not healthy; thus, he suffers from unstable breathing from time to time.
It remains unknown whether he will allow his fans to accompany him before entering the military this week.
