Halloween is that one time of the year where everyone is excused to dress up as their favorite characters and live their deepest fantasies. Fans are normally on the lookout for celebrities who dress up during the spooky season and according to their judgment, they can either be hits or misses. Take for example rapper Travis Scott's attempt at channeling his inner Batman which earned him a lot of criticism online. The "SICKO MODE" hitmaker shared his Michael Keaton-inspired batsuit and its detail is pretty spot on and impressive.
However, instead of going with the now traditional black suit, Scott tweaked things up a bit and made his costume brown. The unusual color scheme of his outfit alienated a lot of fans to the point where they trashed his costume into oblivion, even going as far as calling it a cockroach costume. Welp. The image, as well as his Instagram account, has since been taken down by Travis himself but you can still check it out below. My question now is, what is really all that awful? I'll leave it up to you to decide.
Sure, it wasn't as faithful as some hoped it would end up to be but why 'cause such fuss about it? It's just a damn Halloween costume and the dude clearly just wanted to have some fun. Meanwhile, Michael Keaton is expected to reprise his Batman role in The Flash. I say "expected" as Keaton himself previously dismissed (well, kind of) reports that he's signed on to return. He did confirm, however, that negotiations are currently taking place but nothing is official yet. I, for one, am really excited about his potential return to the DC universe as it's something a lot of diehard Batman fans have been praying for since the '90s.
That said, The Flash is slated for release sometime in 2022.
