RAIN is indeed one of the most successful stars of his generation who is still active in the industry.

However, in one of his YouTube videos for Season B Season, the idol and actor spoke about her diet and maintaining a certain physique.
RAIN’s Diet
In RAIN’s YouTube video, he invited his good friend and instructor Lee Jiyoung who is also the same age as him.
During their conversation, the Ghost Doctor star talked about his diet and the story of why he chose to lose weight.
As obtained by GStarlive, RAIN’s diet was due to his health.
"I actually weighed up to 95kg in the past,” he said, before adding his reason for what forced him to monitor his diet.
“I started to go on a diet because I thought I could really lose all my life at this rate,” he said.

Moreover, he added that is the start of his weight loss journey, and “just maintaining” his body weight now by constantly going to the gym.
Interestingly, besides his outfits and upcoming projects, RAIN continues to upload dance covers on his social proving that he still got the moves even though he is in his 40s.

To recall, RAIN’s last project as a lead star is the medical fantasy series Ghost Doctor with Kim Bum.
Although it only garnered an average rating on Korean tv, Ghost Doctor entered the top 10 TV shows globally after it aired on Netflix.
