According to Soompi, Rain and Kim Tae Hee, own a combined 81.4 billion won or $71.6 million worth of property, ranking first place at "top 10 Korean stars with the most valuable real estate holdings."

Interestingly, the singer-actor and Hi, Bye Mama! actress are the undisputed realty moguls, making them the 'the richest Korean celebrities in real estate' as mentioned by Korea Times.

Jun Ji Hyun

Being the Hallyu queen, Jun Ji Hyun is paid with a whopping paycheck every episode.

Interestingly, she knows where and how to spend her millions wisely.

The Kingdom: Ashin of the North star has 75.5 billion won or approximately $66.4 million real estate fortune, per KBS 2TV's Entertainment Weekly Live.

According to allkpop, the property is valued at 50.5 billion KRW or 41 million USD. The actress paid 22.5 million KRW in cash while the 28 million KRW was through a security loan at Kookmin Bank.

The Voice 4 star reportedly acquired 69.2 billion won or 60.9 million USD worth of real estate, one of which is a building in Jamwon-dong in Gangnam.

The Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha star seems to be fond of buying old properties and turning them into modern buildings to increase their market value.

In a 2018 report by AllKpop, Shin Min Ah reportedly purchased old buildings Samgakji Station and the United States Forces Korea Yongsan headquarters, amounting to a whopping 5.55 billion KRW.
