Prince Harry is sharing new details about his fall out with his big brother, Prince William, in his new book, Spare, according to a report. The heir to the throne reportedly criticized Meghan Markle as the British press did.
Prince William Reportedly Called Prince Harry's Wife Meghan Markle Rude And Difficult
The Duke of Sussex's memoir, Spare, will hit shelves next week. Ahead of its release, The Guardian obtained an extract from Prince Harry's book, where he detailed a confrontation with the Prince of Wales.
According to Prince Harry in his book, his brother wanted to talk about "the whole rolling catastrophe," referring to his marriage to Meghan Markle. However, he was already "piping hot" when he arrived at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's home, Nottingham Cottage.
Prince William reportedly called Markle "difficult," "rude", and "abrasive." King Charles' youngest child called his brother's statement "parrot[ing of] the press narrative" about Markle.
Prince Harry also claimed that his royal sibling was not rational, leading them to be shouting at each other. He stressed that the Duke of Cambridge acted like an heir who couldn't understand that his younger brother was not content to be a spare.
Prince Harry added that the argument turned physical. Prince William reportedly "grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and … knocked me to the floor."
Prince Harry And Prince William Reportedly Had Disagreement Over Meghan Markle
Years before Prince Harry's Spare, there were already reports that the royal siblings couldn't agree about Prince Harry's budding romance with Markle. The heir to the throne reportedly raised concern, especially at how fast they decided to get married. However, his concern didn't sit well with the younger royal.
"Harry went mental," a source told The Sun. "He accused his brother of trying to finish his romance before it had begun. The brothers' relationship has not really recovered."

The tipster noted that Prince William wasn't alone in raising concern against the former Suits star. However, Prince Harry was reportedly very much in love with the actress to mind them.
"A lot of people in the family objected. Who really knows what the concerns were? Was it Meghan's background? Her father and dreadful half-sister? Because she was an outspoken American? Divorced?" the source said. "Harry stood up for Meghan very forcibly. He really loves her."
Another royal source echoed the same sentiment to Entertainment Tonight. The tipster said the tension between the royal princes never went away after the future king voiced his concerns about Markle when she started dating his brother.

The royal siblings' conversation reportedly didn't go well and mend their issues.
"Other members of the royal family also expressed their unease about their relationship," the anonymous source said, "but Harry was steadfast and absolutely besotted with Meghan."
Prince Harry is expected to share more about his falling out with Prince William in his book. "Spare" will hit shelves on Jan. 10.
