Prince Harry could reportedly target certain members of the royal family in his upcoming memoir. Even though nothing has been confirmed, royal experts have been advising the Duke of Sussex to show the British clan some respect.
Prince Harry Could Make The Biggest Mistake Of His Life With His Memoir
Just recently, journalist and royal commentator Celia Walden also warned Prince Harry against making his biggest mistake yet. After all, there are whispers that he could attack Camilla Parker Bowles in his memoir. And if this is the case, Britons would crucify Meghan Markle’s husband even more because they have grown to love the Duchess of Cornwall.
“When, back in February, the queen declared it’s her ‘sincerest wish’ that the Duchess of Cornwall become Queen Consort when Charles becomes king, that wasn’t just Her Majesty saying 'give my daughter-in-law the respect she’s owed and earned' but a reminder that Camilla is the future. That as a country and as individuals, we all need to adapt and move on,” Walden told Express.
Walden added that Camilla is set to celebrate her 75th birthday in July, and the fact that she would grace the cover of Vogue in the same month shows how much she’s adored by the public. Additionally, Queen Elizabeth has also been relying on her daughter-in-law even more since she’s scaling back on her royal duties. So, Prince Harry is advised to not attack his stepmom.

Prince Harry, Camilla Parker Bowles Have A Wonderful Relationship
In March, there were already some speculations suggesting that Prince Harry could say a negative thing or two about Camilla. During an interview, royal author Angela Levin talked about Prince Harry’s memoir and said that it would be released at the end of the year.
“Harry’s memoir is coming out at the end of the year. Anyone who is anyone is saying it’s going to attack Camilla and make her responsible for [his] mental health and how she stole his father from his mother,” she said (via Cosmopolitan).
Levin said that there was no indication that Prince Harry and Camilla didn’t have a wonderful relationship with each other. So, she’s also not sure about the rumors circulating around.
“He was very nice about [Camilla], said she was a wonderful woman and said he liked her very much. Camilla was very helpful to Meghan when she first joined—took her out for lunch and tried to teach her some of the things she needed to know—the restrictions and the disadvantages as well as the positives,” she said.
Prince Harry Could Target Prince Charles In His Memoir
But Levin said that there’s a possibility that Prince Harry could shade the royal family in his memoir, particularly his father, Prince Charles.
“Prince Charles is very malleable because he loves Harry very much so he might be more inclined to let him have his way, but I think if he reads what he says about Camilla then he won’t do that,” she said.
Prior to Levin’s interview, a source also told The Sun that Prince Charles is worried about his youngest son’s book. After all, he heard that the memoir will be an excruciating takedown of his beloved wife.
“Charles has shared his concerns with William and is keen he somehow goes on the record and sticks up for Camilla should the book attack her. But as much as William loves his father, he’s unlikely to want to get involved. In all likelihood, he will try and stay neutral,” the source said.
However, it is important to note that Prince Harry’s official statement regarding his memoir did not mention particular members of the royal family.
