Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are becoming more and more unpopular in his home country. Meanwhile, the members of the royal family, including Camilla, have received higher approval ratings from the British public.

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle's Popularity Has Continued To Plummet

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were among the most popular working royals when they were still in the UK. However, they decided to step back from their royal duties in January 2020. Later that year, they moved to Canada and settled in the US.

In a recent poll obtained by Daily Mail, Prince Harry's received -13 and his approval rating was down by 27 points compared to his popularity in March 2021.

His wife. Meghan Markle, also experienced the same. The former Suits star's received -30 and his popularity was down by 22 points.

Prince Andrew, who is facing a sexual assault case in the US, has suffered the same fate as the Sussexes. The Duke of York's popularity suffered the most. He received -82 and his popularity rating dropped by 9 points.

On Saturday, Queen Elizabeth II released a statement to mark her 70th Accession Day anniversary. In her announcement, she asked the public to extend the same support to the Prince of Wales and Camilla when they take over the throne. She also showed her support for the Duchess of Cornwall by announcing that she will be "queen consort" when Prince Charles becomes king and the British public supported the monarch's decision.

The Duchess of Cornwall received +21, and her approval rating has increased by 16 points. The majority, 55%, also agreed that she should be Queen Consort.

Most members of the royal family received positive ratings from the British public.

Queen Elizabeth, herself, received +75 and her approval rating was up by 11 points. Prince William and Kate Middleton both received +69. The Duke of Cambridge's approval rating increased by 7 points while the Duchess of Cambridge's was up by 13 points.

Princess Anne received +58 and her score was 8 points higher than last year. Prince Charles received +27 and his approval rating increased by 16 points.
