Police University is set on a National Police University campus where mystery and tension occur. The drama depicts the story of a passionate former detective, now a professor in the university, named Yoo Dong Man (Cha Tae Hyun).

Police University episode 8 sees Yoo Dong Man facing difficulties accepting the fact that all evidence he and Kang Sun Ho found points to his junior colleague and partner, Park Chul Jin. Yoo Dong Man cannot believe that Park Chul Jin is capable of doing such a thing, especially that they've both been through a life and death situation during a case investigation.
With the conclusion that Park Chul Jin has relations to the case they were trying to dig in, Yoo Dong Man wanted to hold on to the promise they made together as a senior and junior. However, the exam questions for the upcoming exam get leaked and Yoo Dong Man gets arrested for receiving bribes.

Kang Sun Ho thinks that something fishy is going on, especially that the pieces of evidence are found out easily. He gathers his friends, Noh Bum Tae, Jo Joon Wook, and Oh Kang Hee to prove that Yoo Dong Man has been framed.
After they found out who was the first person in the printing room who is allegedly the one who leaked the exam questions, they decided to head on to the police station to prove Yoo Dong Man's innocence. However, the professor suddenly confesses that it was his doing.
While writing the report, Park Chul Jin appears at the police station and admits that it was him who framed Yoo Dong Man. It was revealed that Yoo Dong Man decided to protect Park Chul Jin until the end, but the latter wants his supervisor to stop covering his back anymore.

Police University episode 9 preview sees the students leaving Yoo Dong Man's class because they don't want to learn from a person who violates the law. Oh Kang Hee is suspicious of Park Min Kyu and accuses him of tipping the journalists that is how the news of the exam questions leak was exposed to the media.
