Peter Quill Is Star Munch In New Guardians Of The Galaxy 2 TV Spot

In a little over a month Marvel fans are going to see everybody's favorite space-thugs-turned-heroes return to the big screen in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and to make sure that everyone's hyped up for the film, Marvel's been busy whipping out all sorts of promotional material for the movie.

One of the most recent of these is a new TV spot teasing some extra footage from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. The final trailer for the film may have been aired a few weeks ago, but it's always great to see bits of new clips from the movie in new TV spots. Check it out down here:

Introducing the core members of Marvel's Guardians, fans get to learn that Chris Pratt's Peter Quill doesn't really like the nickname Rocket gives him. "Star Munch" is a terribly cute nickname though, and it would be terribly funny to have Rocket persistently calling him Munchie throughout the movie. It's a weak insult, but it's really cute one and at the end of the TV spot we get a disclaimer saying that the film has language that isn't suitable for younger audiences. Rocket probably has stronger words to say in the movie. We can't wait to hear them.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 hits cinemas on May 5, 2017.
