Pennywise Finds A New Young Victim In It Chapter 2 IMAX Teaser

There is little doubt that Pennywise is determined to take down the grown children that defeated in It: Chapter Two. However, it looks like the evil clown also has his eyes set on a new young victim in the film's IMAX teaser.

The teaser opens with the young Losers Club getting their picture taken as their adult selves recall what happened in the town of Derry almost three decades ago. "People choose to remember the good stuff," the adult Bill Denbrough says. "But sometimes, what we try to leave in the past won't stay there."

At this point, we get a glimpse of Bill looking up at the creepy Well House as Mike Hanlon tells his companions, "It's back." We all know who he's talking about. "Pennywise," Beverly Marsh recalls. While Bill is determined not to let the monster attack again, it seems like the clown has found a new victim.

The teaser concludes with Pennywise saying hello to a young girl who seems confused by the clown's appearance. Unfortunately, there isn't time to run as the monster attacks.

The synopsis for It: Chapter Two reads as follows:

"Twenty-seven years after the Losers Club defeated Pennywise (Bill Skarsgård), it returns to terrorize the town of Derry once more. Now adults, the Losers have long since gone their separate ways. However, the kids are disappearing again, so Mike (Isaiah Mustafa), the only one of the group to remain in their hometown, calls the others home. Damaged by the experiences of their past, they must each conquer their deepest fears to destroy Pennywise once and for all... putting them directly in the path of the clown that became deadlier than ever."

It: Chapter Two hits theaters on September 6.
