Peach Boy Riverside has already been airing for a few weeks and while it's not the highest-ranking anime series of the season, plenty of fans have at least some positive comments to make, as they believe the fantasy show has potential. As new episodes release each week, fans are wondering if Peach Boy Riverside will get an English dub, and when.

First, a short overview: Peach Boy Riverside is based on a shonen manga of the same name. It follows Saltorine Aldike, a princess better known as Sari leading a dull life in her castle. This is bound to change when her castle is attacked by malevolent demons known by the Japanese word "oni."

Sari is rescued by Kibitsu Mikoto, a lone traveler using a mysterious power known as "Peach Eye" to neutralize the threat. Following this eye-opening (pun intended!) experience, Sari sets off on a journey of her own, that will change her world forever.

The story is based on the Japanese myth of Momotaro, a child born from a peach, who grows up to fight against an army of demons or "oni." The anime has thus been praised for its rich background and creative use of folklore.

More controversial has been the deliberate choice to release episodes out of order. While this can make the anime seem unique or interestingly experimental, but some viewers find this an unreasonably edgy choice that detracts from the overall enjoyment.

Given these mixed reviews, it can be a bit hard to predict whether or not an English dub of Peach Boy Riverside is coming soon. The ratings on MyAnimeList are mediocre, but it has scored 4.1/5 stars on Crunchyroll, meaning it isn't unpopular.

While Funimation is the best-known anime platform as regards dubs, Crunchyroll won't be left behind. In the past anime seasons, it has provided English dubs for works that did well such as Jujutsu Kaisen and So I'm a Spider, So What? at times before the end of the season.

At the time of writing, a dub has not been confirmed for Peach Boy Riverside, but watch out for this space for updates, as this could change anytime.

Other anime you can watch this season include The Case Study of Vanitas and Scarlet Nexus.
