Last week, during the TUDUM global fan event, Netflix announced that the highly-anticipated Ozark Season 4 will premiere in 2022, but the streamer didn't reveal an official release date, but now star and producer Jason Bateman hinted which month the first half will be released on Netflix.
In a recent episode of the SmartLess podcast, Bateman suggested that the fourth and final season of Ozark will premiere in January 2022, though he didn't sound exactly sure that Netflix confirmed it yet.
"I think January," Bateman said of when Ozark Season 4 will arrive.
Of course, Bateman is most likely referring to the first part of the 14-episode final season, which will be split into two parts, each consisting of seven episodes (compared to 10 for each of the previous seasons).
Netflix recently shared the first footage from Ozark Season 4, which featured Marty (Bateman) and Wendy Byrde (Laura Linney) trying to clean off the blood after the shocking Season 3 finale.
Both parts of Ozark Season 4 is set to release in 2022; it's likely that Netflix will confirm their official release dates before the year ends.
