Owen Wilson Has Been Cast for the Disney+ Loki Series

The upcoming Loki Disney+ series is pretty interesting finally puts the spotlight on everyone's favorite MCU villain and we can't wait to see how he steals every episode. Tom Hiddleston is set to reprise his role and there are also rumors that we will see Kid Loki in flashbacks, which should be fun. However, a new report has come in and weirdly states that Owen Wilson of all people will be in the movie.

ComicBook.com reported the news, claiming that the Wedding Crashers actor will have a major role in the Disney+ series, though we still don't know who he will be playing as. It's going to be hard for some of us to guess which character he will be playing but there are a ton of Marvel characters and he might not even be one of his usual cliche roles, though we're still expecting him to be happy.


With Loki being such an odd series in of itself, featuring an alternate reality where Thor's evil brother escaped with the Tesseract. Obviously, a lot of things are going to change when this happens so we could be looking at a very different version of the MCU. Some fans are also hoping to see Chris Evans' Captain America appear since he is supposed to fix things while putting back the Infinity Stones.

Loki is coming to Disney+ in Spring 2021.
