One Piece fans who are looking to get fit are in for a treat as the first-ever One Piece gym opened recently, and it features various activities and equipment that are sure to delight long-time series fans.
This new gym opened in Shibuya, Tokyo, and while anime collab cafés and other themed establishments only run for a limited time, this gym is a permanent location, meaning fans won’t have to hurry about going there.
One Piece Gym: What’s Inside
Called the ONE PIECE FITNESS BragMen, this establishment isn’t just for show as it promises to make patrons fit enough to be a worthy King of Pirates (that is, unless Luffy grabs the title first).
As you may have expected, this gym features a wide range of designs that are inspired by the series. Specifically, the walls are adorned with panels that are taken straight out of the manga.
Thanks to these, gymgoers can get inspired by the various feats of Luffy and the Straw Hat Crew as they get their reps in.
The designs aren’t just limited to the walls though, as the gym also features equipment modeled after different characters or items from the series.
Of course, exercise isn’t all there is to keeping fit as diet is also a key factor for folks to get in tip-top shape.
With that in mind, the establishment also features a café inside that serves high-protein meals – perfect after an intense workout.
The best part is this café can be visited even by those who don’t have gym memberships.

One Piece Gym Equipment, Trainers, and More
As for what specific equipment you can expect, there’s a Shanks weight vest, which is basically a weighted vest with Shanks’ iconic Jolly Roger at the back.
Though if you want something that’s even more impressive, there’s a meat barbell too. Yes, it’s basically a barbell that’s shaped like a hunk of meat, which is Luffy’s favorite!
While there's a lot of solo equipment, those who prefer group exercises will also be happy to know that the gym offers various One Piece-themed classes.
These include Marine Yoga, an Alabasta Belly Dance, and more.
Plus, those who are serious about their fitness goals can track their progress, as each gym member has a bounty that they can increase by meeting goals.
This unique gym is located at the Shibuya MODI building. A membership plan costs JPY 15,400 (around USD 200) per month, though there’s a trial membership offer priced at JPY 2,200 (around USD 17) for a one-day trial.
