One Piece Episode 1,009 Recap
Marco is still trapped in Big Mom's grasp, and Perospero is about to shoot his arrow. Wanda and Carrot arrive at their location, and Carrot gets emotional after seeing Perospero because of Pedro's death.
Wanda comforts a crying Carrot as they both remember Pedro. After a short while, Wanda and Carrot change into their Sulong form to handle Perospero while Marco chases after Big Mom.
Meanwhile, Page One attacks Komachiyo after he puts Ulti in his mouth. With the help of Otama and Komachiyo, Nami and Usopp run away from Page One and Ulti.
Yamato continues to face Sasaki and the Armored Divison to protect Momonosuke and Shinobu. Although Shinobu insists that they leave her there, Yamato declines and says Kozuki Oden wouldn't do that. During their confrontation, Franky shows up along with Haccha chasing after him.
After a hole on the ground is formed, Yamato takes Momonosuke and Shinobu through this escape route. He tells Frank that Luffy asked him to take care of the two and launches an attack at Haccha to help Franky out. Franky and Sasaki prepare for a face-off.
