All the celebrations come together as both the manga and anime already went beyond 1000 releases.
In a report shared by @WSJ_manga on Twitter, from a German bookseller, Carlsen Manga, One Piece has finally reached 500 million copies in circulation. While this information is yet to be shared by Shueisha for an official count, this is not far from happening considering the fame the One Piece has in its name. With Volume 102 preparing to steady its ship in Japan, One Piece continues to dominate the stands worldwide.
Considering the trend of the story, many fans and readers will continue their patronage of the beloved title and what makes it better is that it is way far from over. The team is currently in their search to where the One Piece is and the manga continues to drop clues as to where it could possibly be.
