Oh My Girl stunned everyone with their recent Real Love comeback before the group’s 7th anniversary.
After promoting their single Shark in December, Oh My Girl officially marked their return with their second full-length album, Real Love.
The K-pop girl group dropped the music video for the title track of the same name on Monday, flaunting the song’s catchy brass sounds. They now aim to score first place on a music show with their newest promotion and become the girl group everyone loves.
But before celebrating their 7th anniversary, Oh My Girl recently spoke candidly about their success and what helped them reach the mark that other groups failed to grasp.

Oh My Girl Shares Secret Behind Group’s Success
In a new interview to promote their album, Oh My Girl shared how they managed to receive consistent love and support throughout their career. According to the members, they will make it to their seventh debut anniversary because of the friendship between the members and their positive energy.
According to Seunghee, she is able to receive love from fans because she learned how to love herself first with the help of her co-members. She also noted how their teamwork became better as years go by since they have been supporting and comforting one another.

Arin added, “Ever since I was a trainee, we’ve dreamed together of this image of Oh My Girl now. I’m proud because I think we’ve become a cooler Oh My Girl than we imagined, and I want to tell my members that they’ve worked hard.”
Oh My Girl will officially break the K-pop industry's 7-year curse this year. The term refers to what K-pop groups face when they disband in the music industry before their 7th anniversary.
Oh My Girl Is Taking Things With Responsibility Than Feeling Pressured
One key toward their success also includes not feeling pressured with their new release. Since their debut, Oh My Girl has successfully released hit songs, including Nonstop, Dun Dun Dance, Closer, and Dolphin.
For this release, the girl group members expressed their desire to get positive results in their recent comeback without feeling pressured.
Hyojung said they have steadily grown since their debut since they do not dwell on results. Instead, they push each other to try again if they fail to reach their expectations.
Oh My Girl’s Real Love has been receiving attention in the past days, and it might conquer music shows soon.
