Official Image of Gal Gadot in Costume for Wonder Woman 1984

We may have gotten an image of Gal Gadot in Wonder Woman 1984 last week, but we didn't get to see a glimpse of her in the armor. Now a new image has come out of her, and she's clad in the classic blue, red, and gold.

Unlike Marvel movies, DC tends to stick to the costume they give their heroes, but when I look at this image, it makes me feel that there are more curves to Diana's armor this time around. The overall costume still looks the same, but I have a feeling that this armor is actually brighter.

While I do love the overall outfit, I kind of hope that they update Diana's footwear in this sequel. After all, it doesn't seem realistic for someone to fight in heels. Then again, what do I know about costume design?

Though I love the return of the classic costume, I always like to see variations with how superheroes wear what they have. The last movie had Diana wearing her armor along with a fur coat. I wonder if they have an interesting look for Diana for this sequel as well.

Wonder Woman 1984 comes out Nov. 1, 2019.
