Odin Finally Appears In New Poster For Thor: Ragnarok


Odin's (Anthony Hopkins) has finally appeared in a new poster for Taika Waititi's Thor: Ragnarok.

Fans were all wondering what happened to Thor's (Chris Hemsworth) father after Loki took on his father's shape in Thor: Dark World and in the recently released Japanese trailer for Thor 3 fans get to see the Asgardian God of Thunder asking Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) for Odin's whereabouts.

Now, fans get to see him again in a new poster for Thor and Hulk's (Mark Ruffalo)upcoming space adventure. Posted by a day after the Thor: Ragnarok Japanese trailer was released, Marvel celebrate's #Thorsday with an exciting and colorful Japanese trailer for the highly anticipated superhero movie.

With Hela (Cate Blanchett) hovering above the others we get to see Heimdall (Idris Elba), Loki, Hulk, Thor, Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Odin, and the Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum) form a line in the image, each (except Odin and Grandmaster and Hulk) carrying a weapon to prepare for the fight against the Goddess of Death.

While there's no confirmation whether Odin is still Loki in disguise, we're hoping that Thor really does find his father in Ragnarok.

Here's the synopsis of the film:

"Imprisoned on the other side of the universe, the mighty Thor finds himself in a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against the Hulk, his former ally and fellow Avenger. Thor's quest for survival leads him in a race against time to prevent the all-powerful Hela from destroying his home world and the Asgardian civilization."

Thor: Ragnarok premieres November 3, 2017.
