Obi-Wan Kenobi Series Poster Revisits Iconic Star Wars Location

There is little doubt that the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series will be filled with Easter Eggs and references to the original Star Wars film trilogy. After all, the Disney+ show will take place 10 years after the events in Revenge of the Sith and while the Jedi Master is hiding out in Tatooine. But could this mean we'll see one of the iconic locations from the movies? A new fan-made poster envisions Obi-Wan heading for a place we already know and love.

The Obi-Wan Kenobifan poster was created by digital artist PhaseRunner and has been shared on Twitter. It depicts Obi-Wan on a bantha on his way to Mos Eisley. Check it out below.

We're loving all the awesome details in the poster which features what looks like the Millennium Falcon flying over Mos Eisley. It might be too soon to expect Han Solo and Chewbacca hanging out at the cantina so there's still a possibility that this is a different Corellian transport. Nevertheless, we already have high hopes for the show.

Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi will bring back Ewan McGregor as the Jedi Master. It has also been confirmed that Hayden Christensen will reprise his role as Darth Vader. In addition to that, it was previously reported that Temuera Morrison will join the cast to play an older version of Commander Cody.

The new Star Wars series has not yet been given an official release date but is expected to premiere on Disney+ sometime next year. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
