The last three years have been outstanding for the Star Wars franchise thanks to Lucasfilm's decision to enter the world of streaming via Disney+. So far, the franchise's gamble has been paying off with projects like The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett achieving mainstream success. Now, fans are awaiting the arrival of the standalone Obi-Wan Kenobi series which will reunite Star Wars icons Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen on the small screen.

As it stands, very little is known about the upcoming series but considering it's set between the events of the prequel trilogy and the original trilogy, viewers already have a gist of what to expect from Obi-Wan and Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader's epic rematch. Now, a new leak claims that Obi-Wan's opening scene has just been leaked.

According to a scoop from MakingStarWars.net, the opening sequence from Obi-Wan Kenobi's debut episode which was screened in Burbank will in fact pick up where Revenge of the Sith left off and during the height of Order 66. The report also says that the rumored scene will feature the Jedi Temple on Coruscant where Clone Troopers attempt to kill two Padawans who ultimately escape the onslaught thanks to their Jedi Masters.
