Obi-Wan Kenobi's premiere date is yet to be unveiled. The production team for the series has been very private regarding the release date.
While everyone knows that the production for Obi-Wan Kenobi has already wrapped after actor Ewan Mcgregor who also plays Obi-Wan in the show, confirmed in an interview with Variety.
"We finished shooting our series. It was really, really good fun. I really enjoyed working with Deborah Chow," McGregor Said.
There has been an update on the most likely date the premiere of Obi-Wan Kenobi will be. According to Cinelix editor-in-chief Jordan Maison, insiders claimed that Obi-Wan Kenobi will premiere in May 2022.
Why Is May 2022 An Important for Star Wars?
As part of the expanding franchise of the Star Wars cinematic venture, it is only natural for the Obi-Wan Kenobi to be dropped in May since Start Wars: The Bad Batch was also released in the same month. Meanwhile, there is a strong chance that it will drop on May 4, 2021, which is dubbed as Star Wars Day.

The Obi-Wan Kenobi cast is all about big names. Who would have thought that we would see Ewan McGregor reprise his Star Wars role? As if that is not enough, Hayden Christensen will also reprise his role as Darth Vader.
Other cast members announced include Sang Kang, Joel Edgerton, Kumail, Nanjiani. The premise of Obi-Wan Kenobi will be the return of Obi-Wan as a Jedi Master and will be set 10 years after Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.
