Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 5 Finally Reveals Why Reva is Determined to Capture Kenobi

Obi-Wan Kenobi introduced fans to Star Wars' newest villain in Reva and right off the bat, the Third Sister, played by Moses Ingram made her intentions clear that she wants to be the one to capture the Jedi Master who's been on the run.

However, her motives have remained a mystery since the show premiered. Now, Episode 5 finally offers some much-needed clarity as to why Reva is also in hot pursuit of Kenobi. The general belief amongst viewers was she just wanted to please Darth Vader and become the new Grand Inquisitor but turns out, that's not the case.

Episode 5 shockingly reveals that Reva was the only youngling to survive the aftermath of Order 66 and her actual target is Vader himself. Apparently, she's just using Kenobi to draw closer to her actual plan of getting payback against the Sith Lord.

Her desire for retribution nearly cost Reva her life as she lost against Vader during the latter part of the episode. Surprisingly enough, she was able to survive getting stabbed with the lightsaber.

With the show down to its final episode, it'll be interesting to see if Reva actually succeeds in exacting revenge against Vader, one way or another. More importantly, will we actually see an unlikely alliance between the former Grand Inquisitor and Obi-Wan Kenobi? The finale will be explosive, that's for sure.
