Obi-Wan Kenobi and Battle of Geonosis Finally Come to Star Wars Battlefront II

It took a while but fans can now kill General Grievous as their favorite Jedi Master. That's right, Obi-Wan Kenobi is now available in Star Wars Battlefront II and players with enough in-game currency can unlock him for awesome multiplayer battles. Kenobi doesn't come alone either, as the free update also adds Geonosis as a planet to have Galactic Battles on, which should please a lot of fans.

Fans who want Obi-Wan will have to fork over 35,000 credits to use the Jedi Master on the game's various maps. Those that want his robed look will have to purchase it for 40,000 credits or 1,000 crystals so it looks like some grinding is needed. General Grievous fans will also be happy to know that his Shattered Armor look can also be bought for 80,000 credits, so start that grind.

Clone Troopers also get a visual update, as the foot soldiers now come with their look from the 212th Attack Battalion so that's nice. Anyone who was bored by the appearances of the game's Clone Troopers can now make them more visually interesting with this look. Overall, there is a lot to like about this patch and it seems like Star Wars fans are in for a good time.

Star Wars Battlefront II is finally a good game so players who were on the fence before should give it a chance now. Sure, fans and companies essentially guilt-tripped EA into making the game better but at least progress has been made. The game is available now on PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
