No Time to Die: Principal Photography has Wrapped for Bond 25

Production may have caught a snag for Bond 25 when Danny Boyle left the project, but things seem to be going swimmingly with new director Cary Fukunaga. Just in, production for No Time to Die has announced that they have finally wrapped.

Check out the announcement:

The movie is said to be Daniel Craig's last outing as Bond, and everyone is expecting to see him finish the role with a bang. Story has it that Bond will be going up against an eco-terrorist in the film played by Rami Malek, plus we're going to get a return from Spectre villain Blofeld played by Christoph Waltz.

Returning cast members also include the likes of Lea Seydoux, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, and Naomie Harris. New additions to the film also include Jeffrey Wright, Ana de Armas, and Billy Magnussen.

Ever since Craig debuted as the character, the Bond films have always taken a more serious tone, not akin to the Bourne franchise. Hopefully, with a new Bond incoming, a lot of people are hoping the franchise decides to capture the fun of 007, pretty much like what's happening with the likes of Kingsman. Who knows, it could even usher in a new era for Austin Powers.

Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

Catch No Time to Die when it hits theaters April 8, 2020.
