The green slime will always be among the fondest memories of ‘90s kids. Whether it's sliming a friend or being the one to stand under the proverbial bucket, Nickelodeon's The Splat will always have a place in everyone's hearts.
After almost two decades since its final run, Nickelodeon is bringing a Double Dare live edition to the San Diego Comic-Con. To bring back an even bigger wave of nostalgia, the network is even bringing back Marc Summers to host the show, Entertainment Weekly reported.
The live edition will be held on July 22, 9:30 p.m. PT, and fans will be able to participate in the event as either part of the red or blue teams.
Not only that, Nickelodeon will also bring some retro shows back, including All That, Legends of the Hidden Temple, and Hey Arnold!, to name a few. The panel is shaping up to be one of the most exciting at the Comic-Con, especially with the presence of a Hey Arnold! replica and The Nose, and autograph signing from the cast of some memorable Nickelodeon shows.
The San Diego Comic-Con 2016 will be held at the San Diego Convention Center from July 21 to 24. There will be a Preview Night on July 20.
