NewJeans has been getting a lot of attention despite debuting only less than a year ago.
HYBE's label ADOR, All Doors One Room, officially introduced its first K-pop group on July 22. Named NewJeans, the group started its career with its debut single, Attention. The five members — Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein — have been working together as they release more hit songs and break more records.
So far, all its five singles (Attention, Hype Boy, Cookie, Ditto and OMG) became popular globally.
Due to the rookie group's record-breaking stint, it secured the top spot in the newly-released list brand reputation rankings for all idol groups.

NewJeans Ranks 1st on January Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings
The Korean Business Research Institute, per Beyond Post Korea, unveiled the list of idol groups that made it to the January brand reputation rankings.
The organization collected data from Dec. 23 to Jan. 23 and listed all the idols that made a buzz in the past month. KBRI based the result on the result of the analysis it conducted through the group's media coverage, consumer participation and community awareness indexes, among others.
For this month, NewJeans became the top hitter by having a brand reputation index of 9.4 million. The girl group managed to do so as the group's keywords — OMG, Minji and Ditto — became the talk of the town.

On the other hand, its highest-ranking related terms included apologize, surpass and record.
NewJeans' positivity-negativity analysis reached a whopping 86.05 percent positivity.
Following the rookie girl group on the list are BTS, BLACKPINK, IVE, and Seventeen.
(G)I-DLE, NCT, Girls' Generation, BIGBANG, Super Junior, MONSTA X, LE SSERAFIM, EXO, Red Velvet, TWICE, Stray Kids, aespa, THE BOYZ, Oh My Girl and SHINee completed the top 20.
On the other hand, BTOB, TXT, ASTRO, NMIXX, VIXX, ENHYPEN, Shinhwa, Highlight, WJSN and Apink ranked 21st to 30th.
NewJeans To Release New Album
Amid the girl group's success, ADOR's head Min Hee Jin recently revealed that the company is preparing a new album of NewJeans.
"I'm preparing for the next album of NewJeans," the label head said. "You can expect it to be brand new. It reminds me of the moment before the release of the music video for 'Ditto'. My heart was about to burst. 'Ditto' is a song that has a lot of meaning for me personally."
ADOR is yet to release further details about it.
