New Spider-Man: No Way Home Leak Possibly Confirms Kirsten Dunst Returning as Mary Jane Watson

There are so many speculations about what will happen in Spider-Man: No Way Home including the return of certain characters from the Sam Raimi films. Interestingly, a new leak might actually confirm that Kirsten Dunst is reprising her role as Mary Jane Watson in Spider-Man 3.

It's no secret that fans are hoping for a live-action Spider-Verse that would bring in former Peter Parkers played by Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. Although the two actors have basically denied being involved in No Way Home, people still believe that they will be working with Tom Holland in the movie.

But will we also see the previous Mary Janes in Spider-Man 3? A fan site has found an IMDb listing for the film and noticed that Askia Won-Ling Jacob is credited as Dunst's personal costumer in the film.

It's an interesting discovery and it could finally confirm that Dunst is part of the film. However, it is important to point out that the Melancholia star's casting has not yet been confirmed and we're still unsure whether she will be playing Mary Jane in the movie. Nevertheless, we're hoping for an update soon.

So far, there is only RaimiVerse star who is confirmed to appear in No Way Home. Alfred Molina has already admitted that he will reprise his role as Otto Octavius aka Doctor Octopus in the sequel. Still, we're hoping that Molina will be reunited with some of his previous co-stars in the movie.

Spider-Man: No Way Home has finally wrapped filming in March. It is currently scheduled for release on December 17, 2021.
