New Spider-Man: Far From Home Trailer Has MAJOR Avengers: Endgame Spoilers

At the start of this new Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer, Tom Holland, Mr. Spoilers himself, has told fans that if they have not seen Avengers: Endgame, they should avoid this trailer completely. We will do the same, so if you have not seen Endgame do not watch this trailer unless you've seen the film or do not care about spoilers (because some people really don't).

So, still here?

Okay, the latest Far From Home trailer covers Iron Man's Endgame death in a big way. Instead of a fun vacation film that the last trailer teased, this new video treats Spider-Man as the heir to Tony Stark, with many characters seeing him as the next Iron Man. Peter did get his suit from Tony after all so this is a natural continuation of that story.

The trailer also wants us to believe that Mysterio is from another universe, somehow fooling Nick Fury and Maria Hill but not us comic book fans. Unless they decide to change his origins big time, expect Mysterio to turn heel since he is one of the wallcrawler's most popular villains, appearing in a number of video games and cartoons.

Finally, one plot point that this trailer should not have spoiled; MJ knows that Peter is Spider-Man. During a moment in London, Peter tries to confess his feelings for her but she says he's Spider-Man and when the bewildered hero tries to deny this, the former Michelle says "it's pretty obvious."
