New Promo Star Wars: The Mandalorian Shows Tumult in The Galaxy

Star Wars: The Mandalorian is going to make its big premiere next week when Disney launches its new streaming site, Disney+. To help add more hype for the highly-anticipated Star Wars series, Lucasfilm has decided to release a brand new promo for The Mandalorian, offering fans new footage that showcases new shots and new dialogue.

The promo video dropped during an episode of FX's Mayan's M.C. and a quick-footed Star Wars fan decided to share the trailer on Twitter. Check out the brand new promo down here:

Though the trailer doesn't feature any major reveals in the series, it does give fans a better idea of the state of the galaxy far, far away now the Empire's been destroyed. There's also a bit of new dialogue from the Ugnaught character in the series – something that is met with nonchalance by Pedro Pascal's titular Mandalorian.

There's a lot of excitement building up over The Mandalorian. Created by Iron Man director Jon Favreau, The Mandalorian is Lucasfilm's first-ever live-action Star Wars series and the show is bringing some major television actors and actresses into the franchise. Aside from Pascal, the series is going to feature Carl Weathers, Giancarlo Esposito, Gina Carano, Nick Holte, Werner Herzog, Taika Waititi, Natalia Tena, Omid Abtahi, Julia Jones, and Bill Burr. The show also has Waititi, Dave Filoni, Bryce Dallas Howard, Rick Famuyiwa, and Deborah Chow as its episode directors.

We can't wait for the series to arrive online.

The Mandalorian is set to premiere when Disney+ launches on November 12, 2019.
