We already know that Loki will be up to no good in his upcoming Disney+ series. But is it possible that the God of Mischief will actually consider a political career? New merchandise for the Marvel Cinematic Universe show reveals one of Loki's new looks and he might be turning into a politician.
The new Loki image comes from a product listing on the Japanese website Mamegyorai. The listing is for life-sized standees from the MCU series and one of the products actually features the God of Mischief wearing a suit with his classic horns. Although the suit looks torn at the sleeves and pants, Loki is also wearing a VOTE pin on his chest. Check it out below.
It's an interesting accessory considering that Loki will feature the God of Mischief travelling through time to change history. Will he be running for office in the past or in the future? Or is the pin simply an accessory that Loki thought would look good with the suit? We'll find out for sure this June.
Loki was initially set to premiere in May before being moved back to June 11, 2021. However, the release date has been changed yet again and the series will be the first original Disney+ show that will air on Wednesday nights (the MCU and Star Wars shows usually air on Friday nights).
The Loki series stars Tom Hiddleston as the God of Mischief. He will be joined by Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Richard E. Grant, and Wunmi Mosaku. The series premieres on Disney+ on June 9, 2021.
