A month before the release of the titular series of the God of Mischief, Marvel Studios deems it fit to have a Marvel Cinematic Universe watch party which starts today in preparation for Loki as it moves the schedule of the canon series from the usual Friday schedule to Wednesday.

To get the people used to the move-in schedule, Marvel will be filling every Wednesday of the month with a film or two of the MCU movies one needs to watch to be able to be fully equipped before the release of Loki. In a tweet, Disney+ confirms the watch party and the schedule of which films would be featured every Wednesday.

In the tweet, Disney+ states, "Wednesdays are going to RULE. Starting tomorrow, join us as we count down to the glorious premiere of Marvel Studios' @LokiOfficial with #DisneyPlus watch parties every Wednesday featuring the God of Mischief. Tweet along with us using #LokiWednesdays."

Tom Hiddleston returns as Loki as he creates an alternate timeline after he escaped in Avengers: Endgame which prompted the Time Variance Authority (TVA) to take action and seek the help of the favorite MCU trickster to set the timelines right. Although with trust issues on both sides, Mobius M. Mobius (Owen Wilson) would have to put the trust of TVA in Loki.

The first film in line for the Loki Watch Party Wednesdays on Disney+ starts today, May 12, at 5 PM PT/8 PM ET with Thor. On May 19, the films would be The Avengers, and Thor: The Dark World, at 4 PM PT/7 PM ET. On May 26, it would be Thor: Ragnarok, at 5 PM PT/8 PM ET. And finally, exactly a week before the release of Loki, June 2, would be the schedule of the Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame at 4 PM PT/7 PM ET.

Loki premieres on June 9, 2011, via Disney+.
