Tickets for Captain Marvel went up for sale yesterday, and we've got a bunch of new promos for the film. Marvel Studios has also given us a bunch of cool posters featuring Brie Larson fully clad in her Captain Marvel gear.

I have to admit, I thought the ‘mohawk helmet' was a bit too goofy to put into a live-action film, but it seems that Marvel Studios has been slowly embracing the aesthetics of the comics. I would have been pleased if it was just part of her Kree get-up, but we actually have Marvel in her blue and red outfit sporting the special cowl.
We don't know yet as to how Captain Marvel will be getting her outfit in the movie, but I guess finding out is part of the fun. So far, we can already piece together how the film is going to run—Carol Danvers works for Starforce, she crashes on Earth and finds out she's human, then she decides to fight both Kree and Skrulls for Earth—but I would love it if Marvel Studios managed to pull something off that no one would see coming.
The story follows Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe's most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races. Set in the 1990s, "Captain Marvel" is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Captain Marvel comes to theaters March 8.
