Should COVID-19 not have happened, we would be preparing to watch Eternals this weekend, but sadly those plans didn't push through, and we have to wait until it's safe to go back in theaters. While Marvel hasn't been officially promoting any material for Eternals yet, some promo images have been making their way online.

There's also a new image which gives us a good look at Richard Madden's Ikaris who is speculated to be the lead star of the film:
Though we do get a look at the main Eternals, fans are still curious about Kit Harington's Dane Whitman a.k.a. Black Knight. Though we've seen Harington is a civilian get-up, some are wondering what he's going to look like in full armor.
Admittedly, it's hard to get a gauge of excitement when it comes to Eternals, while Marvel fans are sure to check out what the movie has to offer, I don't think the main movie-going audience is really hyped to check out this new branch of Marvel Cosmic. If anything, we should wait for the teaser and more promotional material. Even if the movie turns out great, success greatly depends on how well Marvel is going to market the film. That's something Disney should have learned with Solo: A Star Wars Story.
Marvel Studios' The Eternals features an exciting new team of Super Heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, ancient aliens who have been living on Earth in secret for thousands of years. Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, an unexpected tragedy forces them out of the shadows to reunite against mankind's most ancient enemy, The Deviants.
As for now, Eternals is looking at a release date on Feb. 12, 2021.
