The Defenders ended with a tease to Matt Murdock's fate, and now we get to continue his story with the third season of Daredevil. A full trailer has finally been dropped, and we get the whole gist of Kingpin's renewed battle with the Man without Fear.

Missing for months, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) reemerges a broken man, putting into question his future as both vigilante Daredevil and lawyer Matthew Murdock. But when his archenemy Wilson Fisk (Vincent D'Onofrio) is released from prison, Matt must choose between hiding from the world or embracing his destiny as a hero.
I really think it's cool that the series is looking more like the comic, with Wilson Fisk putting on his signature white suit. Matt seems to have lost his trademark red suit, but it would be interesting to see him go up against the imposter Daredevil, who I'm assuming is Bullseye. Besides, his black suit with the blindfold still looks pretty cool.
Daredevil3 is said to be taking from another Frank Miller comic run, Born Again, which deals with Kingpin slowly taking down Daredevil's life after he finds out his true identity. This all seems apparent in the trailer, as Fisk has gotten a public platform and is pitting the whole city against Matt Murdock. It also doesn't help that Fisk has hired a fake Daredevil to go out and murder people.
Daredevil 3 is looking interesting, and we can catch it on Netflix Oct. 19.
