There is little doubt that American Gods has an amazing cast of truly unique characters, so much so that it's hard to pick a favorite. Nevertheless, the producers know where your heart is truly set. The new teaser for Season 2 focuses on Mad Sweeney's different faces including that of a rabid Celtic warrior.
The new teaser was shared by the official American Gods Twitter account run by Amazon Prime. It shows the different sides of Pablo Schreiber's character and a better look at his incarnation as a warrior that we first saw in the American Gods Season 2 trailer. Check out the post below.
Mad Sweeney has truly been a delight throughout the first season of the series. Although the character was killed off rather early in Neil Gaiman's novel, he has turned into a truly important part of the main storyline in the show. There is little doubt that we'll see more of Mad Sweeney in the second season and we are truly looking forward to the awesome leprechaun playing a major role in the show's developing plot.
