Helmed by Kyle Newacheck, Murder Mystery follows Nick Spitz (Adam Sandler) and Audrey Spitz's (Jennifer Aniston) attempt to reinvent the spark of their marriage but eventually leads them to be framed for the murder of an elderly billionaire.

Alongside Aniston and Sandler, Adeel Akhtar is also reprising his role as The Maharajah, with John Kani (Black Panther) as Colonel Ulenga.

As for new additions to the cast, Mark Strong, Mélanie Laurent, Jodie Turner-Smith, Kuhoo Verma, Enrique Arce, Tony Goldwyn, Annie Mumolo, and Zurin Villanueva are set to join the sequel. However, their roles are still unknown.

Murder Mystery ended with both Nick and Audrey being handed an invitation to the famed orient Orient Express, which hints that the sequel might take place on the infamous train. However, Aniston's latest Instagram post, reveals that the sequel will instead center on Paris.
