Netflix's Dino Girl Gauko Trailer Reveals Why You Shouldn't Mess with Angry Little Girls

Who says little girls are completely harmless? The trailer for the new anime series Dino Girl Gauko proves that you shouldn't take angry girls too easily, because they might turn into a kaiju.

The trailer opens with an introduction to a quaint little town that looks like any old town except that aliens regularly come to visit and penguins attend the school where the teachers are robots. Oh, and there's a little girl named Naoko who loves to read poetry and turns into a dinosaur from time to time.

Naoko's transformation isn't just a random thing. At one point, someone calls her a monster and she immediately turns into one. And when she's really angry, she even breathes fire.

Turning into a dinosaur isn't easy, right? Naoko tries to find a way to suppress her anger so she doesn't go all Godzilla on her friends. However, it's also clear that sometimes, Naoko turning into Gauko can be helpful, especially when there are aliens trying to invade their town.

Dino Girl Gauko was created by Hitoshi Mogi and it's a hilarious new animated series that Aggretsuko fans might actually enjoy. Of course, there's no death metal or office problems here but we're already loving the quirky animation and simple storyline. Needless to say, we can't wait for this one to start streaming on Netflix.

The series will be made up of 22 episodes that are about seven minutes long each. Dino Girl Gauko is set to premiere on Netflix on November 22.
