Netflix has released a new teaser for Part 2 of Matt Groening's animated satirical fantasy series Disenchantment. The first ten episodes received mixed to positive reviews, and Part 2 will consist of the remaining episodes of the show's first season.
The new teaser picks up after the end of the tenth episode and features Princess Bean (Abbi Jackson) mourning the death of her friend Elfo (Nat Faxon) but it seems that Elfo is not completely gone. He is still able to talk to Princess Bean in the blue fire.
Netflix tweeted a message with the teaser: "Good heavens! That voice sounds so familiar... Disenchantment Part 2 arrives September 20.
Last October, Netflix renewed Disenchantment for Season 2 with 20 new episodes that will be released sometime between 2020 to 2021.
Here's what Groening said in a statement after it was renewed for Season 2:
"We're excited to continue this epic journey with Netlfix. Stay tuned for more cranked-up suspense, infuriating plot twists, and beloved characters getting knocked off."
This teaser promises the same kind of humor fans loved in Part 1, so I'm looking forward to see what the series will bring in Part 2.
