Mark Millar's Supercrooks is considered by many to be one of the creator's better original comics thanks to some smart plotting and great art from Leinil Francis Yu. The story of having a bunch of supervillains getting together and robbing another country because all the superheroes are in America was nice satire since Marvel and DC characters mostly operate in the United States (and space).

Well, Netflix announced that this series would soon be turned into an anime, along with a number of other properties like Capcom's Dragon's Dogma. As if that wasn't exciting enough, Bones will be working on the anime, so that means it's going to look gorgeous.

As the Netflix Twitter was quick to point out, Bones has worked on a number of acclaimed anime like Fullmetal Alchemist, My Hero Academia, Mob Psycho 100, and Hells. These are all great-looking anime with a distinct look that separates them from each other, showing just how great the studio is. Supercrooks is in good hands and we can't wait to see it.

Fans who want to say "that's not how it was like in the comics," can pick up a graphic novel of Supercrooks in most book stores and comic book stores. No release date for the anime has been released.
