Black Knight

Black Knight is a sci-fi K-Drama that is set in the year 2071. In this world, the air is already polluted, and humans depend on respirator masks to survive. Only 1 % of the entire human race is still alive because of the pollution that has killed most of the Earth’s population. These harsh living conditions soon led to strict social stratification and discord, as illustrated by the highly prejudiced systems in the Korean Peninsula.

The entire society depends on delivery drivers who carry all the essential goods, and for most refugees, being a delivery driver is the only option for survival. One such delivery driver, only known as 5-8, is skilled in combat and self-defense, inspiring the young Sawol to become a delivery driver for himself.
