My Hero Academia Movie World Heroes' Mission Key Visual Pays Tribute to the Mentors

There is little doubt that Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugou, and Shoto Todoroki were greatly influenced by their predecessors. So it's no surprise that the new key visual for My Hero Academia: World Heroes Mission pays tribute to their mentors.

It has been some time since we got any updates on World Heroes Mission. Back in March, the teaser and poster for the upcoming My Hero Academia movie were released but there haven't been many details revealed since then.

Luckily, the new key visual has been released by Weekly Shonen Jump. The image features the three heroes Deku, Bakugou, and Todoroki standing in front of their mentors All Might, Best Jeanist, and Endeavor. Check it out below.

It's great to see that these mentors are still being honored although the heroes have already proven their worth. Needless to say, we can't wait to see if World Heroes Mission will pay tribute to All Might, Best Jeanist, and Endeavor.

The synopsis for World Heroes Mission reads as follows:

"Deku, Bakugo, and Todoroki, who are currently interning at Endeavor's Agency, are called forth to go to a faraway country called Odeon. However, during the operation, Deku gets involved in an event that causes him to become one of the world's most wanted criminals. Within this chaos, the group Humarize announces to the world that they were behind this and 'the time limit is 2 hours.'
"It is up to the Heroes to save the world and the future of heroes in what is the most dangerous crisis to take place yet in the My Hero Academia story."

My Hero Academia: World Heroes Mission will premiere in Japan on August 6, 2021.
