The title of My Hero Academia Chapter 413 is Leaden Mass, and it begins with All Might’s vestige seeing the last moments of Star and Stripe against Tomura and All For One within the vestige realms.

Edgeshot, in the real world, warns All Might to remain conscious and not drift off, for he may meet his end.

While Tomura ponders why he can still sense Star and Stripe, Deku, who was flung further back, asks Kudo about what he meant by parting ways with One For All.

Kudo explains that Tomura has become too powerful; he can’t stand a chance, but thanks to All Might noticing a rift inside Tomura that can’t be healed by Super Regeneration, they must attack from within.

To do this, One For All should be transferred so that they can smash away at the scar and give Tomura’s soul a good beating. There’s no guarantee it will work, but they should still give it a chance.

Kudo wants to go first to test his theory, saying that if they don’t do anything, Deku will most likely die.

In other words, if they can forcefully transfer each of the users’ quirks to Tomura and destroy them before the latter can make use of them, they will have a chance of destroying him from within.

Bruce, En, and Nana are unsure of Kudo’s plan due to its high risks, but Deku agrees with him.

Before the chapter ends, Tomura makes a snide remark about Deku’s appearance, saying that he’d never guess he was a hero.

Unbeknownst to him, Deku and Kudo are already gambling on their dangerous plan.
