The events of the latest chapter have massive ramifications for My Hero Academia going forward. Among these is the reveal of All For One’s real face in My Hero Academia Chapter 363.

Near the end of the latest chapter, while it seemed that the Pro Heroes have finally landed some good hits on All For One, he manages to fully recover, showing his real face for the first time without any obstruction in the process.
While All For One has made plenty of appearances in the series, his face is mostly shown either underneath his breathing apparatus or in his blank scarred state.
Some moments in the manga also showed his face, albeit obscured or from the back.
Now, My Hero Academia fans have finally gotten a first look at All For One’s real face, and it’s a terrifying sight.
Not that he looks scary, but because his true form likely means he will show off even more power.
Aside from All For One’s face reveal, the chapter also saw lots of action, including the fact that Dabi is still alive and kicking to the surprise of Ingenium and Shoto Todoroki.
Elsewhere, Tomura Shigaraki defeats Bakugo, seemingly killing him.
The events of Chapter 362 already showed Bakugo’s death, though fans were in disbelief when it happened, leading to lots of discussions online about his status.
Ahead of Chapter 363’s official release, the story and panels of the chapter were leaked online, and it trended online due to fans wanting to know if Bakugo is truly dead.
Based on the latest events, it’s confirmed that Bakugo’s pulse has stopped, all but confirming his death.
Though there is speculation that Bakugo can be revived with Eri’s Reverse Quirk which is strong enough to bring back Lemillion’s power.
