The Simic Combine is one of the five Ravnica guilds featured in the upcoming Magic: The Gathering set, Ravnica Allegiance, and today, Wizards of the Coast have revealed the mythic card of a legendary Elf Ooze Wizard associated with the blue/green guild.
Check out Prime Speaker Vannifar:
Prime Speaker of Vannifar is pretty much the creature version of Birthing Pod but worse. Simic mythic cards are usually weak so this isn't very surprising but it will probably see some play in Commander.
Check out the other new cards revealed today:
Translation: "All creatures get -2/-2 until end of turn. Exile all creature cards from all graveyards that were put there this turn. If a creature would die this turn, exile it instead."
Creatures deal damage with toughness rather than power.
Creatures you control can attack as though they didn't have defender.

In addition to Prime Speaker of Vannifar, other legendary creatures from Ravnica Allegiancewere revealed today, including Teysa and Rakdos. The new Domri Rade card is expected to be revealed soon.
Pre-release events for Ravnica Allegiance will take place on January 19, 2019; the set will officially be released on January 25.
