Today is a huge spoiler day for Ravnica Allegiance, the upcoming Magic: The Gathering set that will feature Orzhov, Rakdos, Gruul, Simic, and Azorius guilds. In addition to the new Domri, Bringer of Chaos, Planeswalker card revealed today, Wizards of the Coast also revealed a new Orzhov mass removal card that only costs four mana, and it's called Kaya's Wrath. It's been a long time since they released a four-mana mass removal card. Sure, you strictly need two black mana and two white mana to cast it but with the right mana base, you should be able to cast this by turn 4 in an Orzhov or Esper deck.

Flying, Vigilance
Spell that your opponent cast target Sphinx of New Prahv cost 2 more to cast.
Translation: "Counter target creature spell. Put a +1+1 counter on up to one target creature you control."
Pre-release events for Ravnica Allegiance will take place on January 19, 2019; the set will officially be released on January 25.
