MrBeast’s Successful Social Media Career
According to his Wikipedia page, MrBeast started posting videos on YouTube in 2012. At the time, he was only 13 and using the handle MrBeast6000.
His early content featured clips of Let’s Plays and which he used to estimate the wealth of other YouTube stars.
He then went viral in 2017 when his video of counting up to 10,000 earned thousands of views a few days after its first upload. From there, his content went diverse, including challenges, donation videos and original vlogs.

When his channel started to be known, he hired some of his childhood friends to help him run his brand. As of this year, his team is now composed of 60 people.

He also has other accounts, like Beast Reacts, MrBeast Gaming, MrBeast Shorts and philanthropy, that are now all gaining cult following.

Sponsorship-wise, previous reports claimed he charges $1 million per month to be a primary sponsor of his main video page.
