Morbius Set Photo Teases Surprising Venom Connection

We may have to wait a little longer for Morbius but it looks like we can look forward to a huge crossover when it finally premieres. A recently taken photo from the set of the comic book movie may have confirmed a major Venom connection.

The image was taken by a fan who had passed by the Morbius set in Manchester and discovered an interesting graffiti. Check it out below.

"Walked through the Spider-Man #Morbius set on my way home and it's cool to see all the little Easter eggs they've added. Loved this Venom graffiti," the caption read.

We're not exactly surprised that there's a Venom Easter Egg in Morbius. After all, the first trailer for the film actually featured a shot of Jared Leto's Michael Morbius walking down a street where a Spider-Man graffiti has been vandalized with the word "murderer." In addition to that, Michael Keaton's Adrian Toomes even showed up in the teaser. If there are links to Spider-Man, there's a huge chance that the movie will have connections to Eddie Brock as well.

For now, it is still unclear if Tom Hardy's character will show up in Morbius. Nevertheless, that hasn't stopped fans from speculating on Venom meeting and teaming up with the Living Vampire in the future. In the meantime, it is best to take this with a grain of salt.

Morbius was scheduled for release in July but the premiere has been moved to March 19, 2021 due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
