Moon Knight: Ethan Hawke Teases Arthur Harrow's Potential Return

One of the highlights of the MCU series Moon Knight is Ethan Hawke's villainous turn as Arthur Harrow. His performance was praised throughout the run and the mid-credits scene in the finale seemingly implied that we might never see the character again in the future. However, it looks like the days are not yet over for the villain according to Hawke himself.

In a recent interview with ComicBook.com, Hawke was asked if Harrow really died at the end of Moon Knight to which he simply responded, "Sure doesn't seem dead to me." The actor didn't make any follow-up comments or clarification on what he exactly meant by his response.

It might be jarring to hear Hawke's comments regarding Harrow's implied demise since the scene heavily indicated that he was killed by Jake Lockley with multiple gunshots inside the limousine. However, to be fair, his death occurred off-screen so you can still make an argument that perhaps Harrow survived in some capacity and the gunshots didn't directly hit him.

There's also a possibility that Hawke was just playing along and he wants to leave hope for fans that he might show up again in a potential second season or another MCU project. After all, we've seen some characters who died in the MCU that showed up again through resurrections, flashbacks, and variants in other universes.

Right now, we still don't know what's next yet for Moon Knight in the MCU whether his own series will have a second season or appear in another MCU project and finally crossover with other characters in the franchise. Who knows, maybe they will bring Harrow along with the ride and reveal what his true fate is (unless he is truly dead as most people believed so far).
