MONSTA X Kihyun will show the world why he is called the god of K-pop by fans.

Kihyun first debuted with MONSTA X following the members' appearance in the survival show, No.Mercy. Although he already recorded music for different shows and series, he only marked his solo debut earlier this year with VOYAGER.

Months after starting his solo journey, Kihyun is set to have his first-ever solo comeback this month.

MONSTA X Kihyun To Have 1st Solo Comeback

MONSTA X and Kihyun's agency, Starship Entertainment, confirmed the idol's comeback through a poster shared on its Twitter page.

It will serve as his first music since dropping his first single album, VOYAGER, in March. It will also mark his first project since renewing his contract with the agency alongside Joohoney, Hyungwon, Shownu, and Minhyuk.

Following the group's comeback in April with SHAPE of LOVE, MONSTA X had their NO LIMIT tour in Seoul from September 2 to 4.

Kihyun To Score More Recognition with YOUTH

The upcoming album will surely bring more success to his career, especially since his VOYAGER already did a similar thing when it arrived.

For what it's worth, the three-track album had over 135,000 sales during its first release while dominating Hanteo Chart's global weekly top 10 charts on the local album tracker. It also appeared on March Weekly Physical Record Chart's second spot and March Global Chart's No. 1 spot in its fourth week.

Kihyun, although he worked on it wholeheartedly, credited his members for helping him throughout the process.

When he dropped VOYAGER, he revealed that his members visited his music video set to show support.

"They also meticulously monitored [what I filmed] and sent me their unconditional support. Although it's my solo album, it's also an album that is filled with MONSTA X's affection. I want to tell my members that I'm thankful and that I love them," he went on.
